An advocate of preserving heritage structures in the Virgin Islands, Richard is also committed to designing new buildings that are socially, economically and environmentally responsible. An aficionado of all things vintage, in his spare time Richard can be found tooling around in his classic car or maintaining his forty year old sailboat. In 2012 Finn & Assoc.
